Inevitably, we will miss some leads that might leap to mind in a course named Hollywood Leading Men. Sadly, we don’t have room for everyone, some who you might prefer even. ReplyDeleteI think the list would be vastly different if it was entitled Oustanding Male Film Actors rather than Hollywood Leading Men. I think several of the aforementioned names would fall off the list. Here's two worthy of the label outstanding, in my opinion, that I haven't seen mentioned yet: Timothy Robbins & Sean Penn. And speaking of masters of the silent film genre: Buster Keaton.
